Anyone playing Texas Hold 'Em at a Victory Poker Lounge cash table is eligible to win a large
chunk of the progressive Bad Beat Jackpot.

How it works:  For every pot $20 and above, $2 is added to the jackpot.   To win the biggest
portion, you must lose with Aces full of Jacks or better unless the hand has descended.   After
the jackpot reaches $10,000 the hand starts descending.  It will descend once per business
day, at the halfway point.  Just listen for Tournament Director Jason's announcement.

A reserve pot is always established with 80 percent of contributions being kept in the current
jackpot to be paid out and 20 percent going to the reserve.  The Bad Beat Jackpot will be
updated on website and the display at Victory after each day of operation.
When a Bad Beat hits, 100% of the jackpot is paid out as follows:

  •   The loser of the hand receives 50%

  •   The winner of the hand receives 25%

  •   The final 25% is paid out to the remaining players at the table

                               Qualifying Hands:

  •    The pot must contribute to the jackpot

  •    The losing hand must contain Aces full of Jacks or better  (unless the
Jackpot has hit $10,000 with the hand having descended)

  •    Trips on the board are not allowed

  •    The hand must go to a showdown

  •    The best hand of the winner and the "loser" must include both hole cards

  •    If more than two hands qualify for the jackpot, then the two highest hands
will be considered for the jackpot with the highest hand being the "Winning
Hand" and the second highest winning the Bad Beat

  •    Players must play their hands independently and cannot tell opponents how
to act or reveal their hands to other players

  •    Only players who are seated and have been dealt into the hand will qualify for
                 a portion of the jackpot
